./install.sh. The installer asks
for the domain, the administrator's address, mail settings and the HTTPS mode, generates internal passwords and
starts the application. No internet connection is needed.You control sign-ups: invited people only, invited people plus anyone with an address in your company domain, or open registration.
The licence is a digitally signed file that the application verifies on your server — without contacting us. It states the company, the server address (domain), the number of users and the paid period (usually one year). Renewing or adding users means a new file, which the administrator uploads in the panel.
When the paid period ends, the application does not stop abruptly:
The length of the grace period and of read-only mode is set in the agreement (usually 14 days each). Data is never deleted because of the licence. At 90% of the user limit the administrator sees a warning; once the limit is reached, existing users keep working and no new accounts are created.

The app connects directly to your server — over company Wi-Fi or VPN if the server is not reachable from the internet.
In a network without internet, kiosks work well: a tablet at the entrance and NFC cards or key fobs for employees. Phones must trust the server's certificate — with an internal certificate it has to be installed on the devices (e.g. via MDM).
No. The application and the database run on your server and we have no remote access to them. The application does not send data to the vendor. When reporting a problem, your IT team can send us a diagnostics package — without passwords, with e-mail and IP addresses masked, and without database contents.
No. The installation bundle contains all the software and the licence is verified locally. You only need a mail server (an internal one is fine). Internet is only useful for an automatic Let's Encrypt certificate.
First a warning appears, then a grace period in which everything works, then read-only mode (viewing and export), and finally only the administrator can log in. Data is never deleted, and a new licence works as soon as it is uploaded.
